What kind of travel services do you offer?
We provide travel services like vacation packages and custom trip plans for leisure travelers.
Can I book my flight and hotel together?
No, our package deals do not include flight bookings.
Why are flights not included?
Enjoy the freedom to customize your journey! By not including flights, you can easily extend your trip or choose an airline and schedule that suits you best. To make it simple, we provide detailed flight recommendations and arrival/departure guidelines so you can plan with confidence.
When should I book my flights?
To ensure your trip is confirmed, we advise waiting to book your flights until we have reached the minimum group size. We will promptly notify you as soon as it is confirmed. At that point, to lock in the best prices and availability, we suggest booking your flights 6-10 weeks before the start date. Before you do, please confirm your flight times against the trip’s official arrival and departure schedule.
What are your policies for cancellations?
We recommend rescheduling your tour to avoid cancellation charges. If you change your departure date, your full deposit will be safely held as Lux Credit for future use.
Should you need to cancel:
- Cancel 60 days or more before departure, and 50% of your deposit will be converted to Lux Credit (the other 50% is forfeited).
- Cancel within 30-59 days of departure, and the full deposit will be forfeited.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
We know plans can change. You can review or modify your booking by logging into your account. Most bookings can be changed or canceled based on the trip’s policy.
To understand your options:
- Cancel within the cancellation period for a full refund.
- Later cancellations may receive a partial refund, depending on timing.
